Refund Policy

The beta policy is intentionally simple and fair while CatalogWash is learning from real supplier files.

What $9 buys

$9 unlocks one cleanup session for one uploaded source file. During that session you can edit, re-check, and re-export the same cleaned file as many times as needed for 24 hours. A new uploaded source file starts a new cleanup session and requires a new payment.

Beta export refunds

If the exported CSV does not work and we cannot help you fix it, contact us within 7 days for a refund.

How to ask for help

Email hello@catalogwash.com with the Shopify import error message and a short description of what happened. Avoid sending real customer data unless it is necessary for support.
